We provide free estimates. Once an estimate is approved and a job is begun the only money we'll ask for is materials costs (we will provide you with a copy of the supplier receipt for confirmation). To put it simply, we won't ask for a dime until the job is done, inspected, and you're completely satisfied.
We also offer renovation and design consultation services and have access to a range of professional subcontractors from structural engineers to accredited architects.
In addition to Handyman and Renovation services, we can provide a Home Inspection service. We will go through your house from top to bottom just as if you were buying it for the first time and point out improvement and upgrade options as well as what areas require any maintainance or attention. We can provide you with a written report as well as estimates for any work that may be required or desired.
